Agent Orient Patterns
Multiagent systems development is faced with challenges that impact on the adoption of agent technology by the wider software engineering community. This is generally due to lack of adequate comprehension of the concepts of agent technology. An approach for enhancing the adoption of agent technology is the use of agent oriented patterns for sharing experiences of what works and what does not in agent oriented software engineering. Agent oriented patterns have the potential to improve the understanding of the concepts of agent technology and multiagent systems development challenges. We present a Two Way classification scheme for classifying, analyzing and describing agent oriented patterns.
